Individual Support & Group Support

Individual support relies on the availability of volunteers and it may not always be available when you need it, for example, in times of crisis. If you have specific questions or are seeking resources or just wanting to connect personally with someone who has been through the same experience, individual peer support is a wonderful option.

Group support is also free and available 24/7 at iapmd.inspire.com and on Facebook. If you are seeking support from multiple people, group support is a good choice. It is important to remember that any information or content you post in an online support group may not be 100% confidential, as much as the group admins and moderators try to keep it that way. For questions or concerns that you want to keep completely confidential, reaching out for individual peer support may be a better option.
