Join our PMDD Creative Storytelling Open Studio
Come create in a safe and supportive space for self-expression and connection. All art mediums are welcome, or just bring a pen and paper to write freely!
Here's what to expect:
Respect for the Creative Process
Be respectful, please. Interfering with someone else's artwork is not allowed unless feedback is clearly requested. This helps keep the space open and free of judgment.
Focus on Creation
Let go of any pressure about how your art turns out. The act of making is what matters most, encouraging a more open and curious experience.
The Role of Witnessing
Notice your creative process or observe others in a supportive and non-intrusive way. This can lead to new insights about your work and personal growth.
Independence in Therapeutic Art
While this is a guided session, it is not a therapy group. You are encouraged to take ownership of your experience, choose your materials, and care for your emotional needs with support from the group.
Confidentiality and Safety
What is shared or created in the studio stays in the studio. Confidentiality is essential to creating a space where everyone can feel safe and supported.
The studio is a welcoming, judgment-free space meant to help you explore your creativity in a way that feels right to you. Whether you are brand new to making art or have been doing it for years, this is a space to connect, express, and grow together.
The open art studio will be offered only as a live event.
