PMDD and Mental Health: Breaking the Cycle of Shame and Self-Blame

PMDD doesn't just impact your body - it deeply affects your self-perception, emotions, and mental health. Many people with PMDD experience guilt, shame, and self-blame, feeling as though they’re failing when symptoms take over.

This session will explore why PMDD affects self-worth and how to break free from the cycle of negative self-talk. Through guided reflection, we’ll attempt to reframe unhelpful thoughts and separate your identity from your symptoms.

You'll also receive a Self-Compassion Workbook with journaling prompts and mindset-shifting exercises to continue this work beyond the session. If you’re ready to be kinder to yourself and change how you navigate PMDD emotionally, this session is for you.

The session will be recorded and shared with those who register!
