The Day by Day Women’s Cycle Wellness Program is designed to help you understand your cycle, find healing from the overwhelming symptoms of PMDD/PME, and reclaim your life while connecting with a community of women. The program includes individual therapy, group therapy, trauma-sensitive yoga, AcuWellness, nutrition counseling, and retreats that are open to women across the country.
The 2018 PMDD Annual Conference: Break the Cycle features respected leaders in PMDD research and patient advocacy working to break the cycle of misdiagnosis, patient deferment, poor symptom management, and limited care. This event will bring together women's reproductive and reproductive mental health advocates, researchers, gynecologists, endocrinologists, suicide prevention advocates, and mental health providers from across the United States and around the world. This annual conference is an excellent opportunity for healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to connect for the purpose of education, awareness, and support.
