👁 Week 2: Becoming the Observer
Building on acceptance, we turn to the practice of observation. Instead of getting caught up in overwhelming emotions, we’ll cultivate the skill of stepping back and watching our internal world with curiosity rather than attachment. Through guided meditation, we’ll deepen this practice and create space between ourselves and our emotions.
