With a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and SHRM-CP certification, Amanda Shea brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership, education, and advocacy. She currently serves as a non-profit HR Director, ensuring strategic people management and organizational success. As an Adjunct HR Professor, Amanda is passionate about mentoring future HR professionals and sharing her expertise in workforce development. She is the current Secretary and Board Director for IAPMD.
