You can use any of the following payment methods to make donations on Facebook:

Your preferred currency will be used when you donate to a charitable organization. To donate in a different currency, you'll need to change your preferred currency on Facebook.

The fee per donation depends on how you donate (via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal) and if you are donating within the U.S. or abroad, ranging from 0.8% to 4.5%.
