IAPMD is hosting our first ever online PMDD Social - and we would love for you to join us!

Come along and meet other people affected by a premenstrual disorder in a relaxed and informal virtual setting. Chat about life, love, and anything you wish. Everyone will be coming alone so don’t be shy!

The PMDD Social will be hosted on Kumospace - a group video chat tool which combines the fun and creativity of video games with the simplicity of video chat, transforming conversations into experiences ( a bit like Zoom!). And don't worry - there's no pressure to have your camera on.

It’s all free but we ask that you register so we know how many people to expect!
