Patient & Partner Resources
As with all conditions, it is important to get an accurate diagnosis to avoid risky mistakes in treatment that can lead to physical illness, psychological damage, and even death. Below you will find lots of downloadable, sharable resources such as symptom trackers (both digital and paper copy), an overview on PMDD, a PMDD action plan, a PMDD self care plan…and more.
