IAPMD is hosting another Social and we would love for you to join us!
In these strange times, it can be hard to meet up with others in person - throw in PMDs on top, and it can be hard to find others who ‘get it’ - meaning that many of us are left feeling a bit isolated. With both of these things in mind - we decided to create ‘IAPMD Socials’ to create a warm, friendly and fun place for people to come and meet! Come along and meet other people affected by a Premenstrual Disorder in a relaxed and informal virtual setting.
The IAPMD Social will be hosted on Kumospace* - a group video chat tool that combines the fun and creativity of video games with the simplicity of video chat! But, don't worry - there's no pressure to have your camera on if you don't want to!
This Social will be hosted by Laura Murphy, the IAPMD Director of Education & Awareness - who is based in Kent in the UK!
The socials will take place every 3 weeks (hopefully making them more PMD accessible!) and IAPMD volunteers will be there to make sure you get a warm welcome - come and find one of us if you are feeling shy or have any questions!

Can't make this one? We will mix the times the socials are held so that people in different time zones get an opportunity to attend - check out our other sessions (coming soon!).
