April is PMD Awareness Month and we know that for many people this is your first time finding out about Premenstrual Disorders. This might be a lightbulb moment for you, but it can also be very overwhelming learning about new health conditions and determining your next steps. If you’re unsure where to start, never fear - IAPMD is here!

In this webinar, IAPMD will provide an overview of premenstrual disorders. Topics covered include:

  • What is PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)?

  • What is PME (Premenstrual Exacerbation)?

  • What is the difference between PMDD and PME?

  • Steps to getting a diagnosis

  • Evidence-based treatment options

  • Where to find additional resources, support, and information
