REGISTER NOW

Learn practical breathwork techniques to connect with your mind and body, work through sensations, and support your experience of PMDD.

Join us for an illuminating breathwork workshop where we delve into the transformative power of breath to navigate the challenges of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).

You may have attended our first breathwork workshop in April. This workshop offers an opportunity to start or grow your practice, with a specific focus on using the breath for CALM.

In this workshop you'll learn breathwork techniques to turn to in the intense moments of PMDD. You'll also learn how to use your breath to connect with yourself, your body, and your emotions. Guided by Amy Sergeant, fellow PMDDer and health & wellness specialist, you'll start to build a practice for working with the sensations of PMDD and calming your nervous system.

Whether you're seeking relief from PMDD symptoms or simply intrigued by the profound effects of breathwork, this workshop offers a nurturing space to deepen your understanding and harness the healing power of your breath. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and holistic wellness.

Your breath is a powerful tool for mental and physical wellbeing. It's completely free to use and always with you. The key is learning how to harness and tap into this power. Come along to learn how.
