In the last few days of your luteal phase when depression feels suffocating, anxiety is at an all-time high, and rage is burning just under your skin - acceptance might feel like the last thing you want to do. Why would anyone accept this?! This is not okay! We 100% get it.

But acceptance is not about liking how you feel or giving up. It’s about allowing feelings, thoughts, sensations, and symptoms to exist within us because right now they do. There’s no way to escape the reality of right now. The only way out is through. Acceptance can be the first step to change.

Acceptance is a foundational element of several types of therapy including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as 12-step recovery programs, and religions like Buddhism.

Acceptance is a powerful tool for navigating life’s challenges, including PMDD.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to practice acceptance with PMDD. Guided by Amy Sergeant, Health & Wellness Specialist and PMDD-er, you’ll learn about the four stages of acceptance (resistance, resignation, acceptance, embracing), strategies to accept the diagnosis of PMDD, and practice non-attachment exercises.

Acceptance is a journey, and we all have different timelines. But if you feel like accepting PMDD is the right next step for you, please come along for this powerful perspective-shifting workshop.
