Tribute Giving

Tribute Giving is a personal way to recognize an individual by dedicating a gift to IAPMD in their name. You can make a donation in honor or memory of a loved one or create a tribute fundraising page to encourage family, friends, and neighbors to show their support as well.

 
 

Donate in Honor

Show a loved one you care and support them by making a donation in their honor. Your loved one will be notified by email of your gift.

Give in Memory

Cherish the memory of a loved one by making a donation in their memory. You can choose to notify the loved one’s family by email about your gift.

Create a Tribute Fundraising Page

Create a page in memoriam to someone who has passed and celebrate their life by encouraging others to give to IAPMD in lieu of flowers. Please complete the form below and we will create a custom fundraising page in memory of your loved one, similar to this example page.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I donate in honor of someone?

There are many occasions to give in honor of a loved one:

  • To show you care when your loved one is struggling with PMDD or PME, have begun a new treatment, or undergone surgery

  • Birthdays

  • Anniversaries

  • As a thank you

  • To celebrate PMDD Awareness Month which takes place in April each year

  • Any other special occasion, milestone, or ordinary moment

How can I give in honor or memory of someone?

  1. From the IAPMD Donate page, select ‘Dedicate This Gift’

  2. Choose ‘In Honor Of’ or ‘In Memory Of’

  3. Enter the Dedicatee’s Name

  4. Enter the email address of the person you would like to notify about your gift (optional)
