An Overview of Clinical Practice in PMDD and PME - IAPMD Clinical Practice Community

The first IAPMD Clinical Practice Community Webinar. Hosted by Jenni Kay Long, LCSW - IAPMD Clinical Practice Committee Chair.

In this webinar, Jenni Kay Long, LCSW (IAPMD Clinical Practice Committee Chair) will be giving an overview of Clinical Practice in PMDD and PME.

We know many providers want to have a better understanding of premenstrual disorders so they can better assist their patients. This series of ongoing webinars will be a valuable learning experience for anyone working with those living with premenstrual disorders.

As this is the first of the webinars with the Professional Practice Community, we will be starting at the beginning and giving a full overview of PMDD and PME.

This 60-minute webinar will cover:

* PMDD Diagnostic Criteria
* Understanding PME and Subsets
* Inclusivity and gender considerations
* Cycle Based Symptomology and Integrative Treatment

At the end of the webinar, you are invited to join us for a relaxed 30-minute discussion/networking opportunity on kumospace (a virtual environment - it’s fun and easy, don’t worry!)

Closed captions will be used for accessibility and webinars will be recorded and available for viewing by IAPMD Professional Community Members (membership launching in September)

Live webinar attendance is free to all clinicians and clinicians-in-training; however, we encourage those who are able to make a small suggested donation of US$15 to IAPMD. These funds will help to sustain IAPMD, a small but powerful nonprofit organization that will provide the social media visibility and staff support to sustain this new cycle practice community.
