A monthly, online support group for partners of those with PMDD/PME, facilitated by Melissa, trained IAPMD Peer Support Provider. Melissa’s group is held on the second Thursday of each month.

About this event

A monthly, online support group for those living with PMDD and or PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.

The sessions are led by trained IAPMD peer support facilitators who have lived experience of PMDD/PME and want to help make the path easier for others. Join us for a friendly welcome!

Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend and please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it. You need to save a space for each week/session you wish to attend.
