Each year on April 27, we take a solemn day to reflect and honor those who have lost their lives to PMDD or PME.
Even through the excitement of raising awareness and sparking change, we hold close those who are no longer with us. Because they are the reason we fight! Any life lost to premenstrual disorders is too many.
We ask that you join us in lighting a candle of remembrance at 8pm (in your time zone) and take a few minutes of quiet reflection (or whatever you feel is right for you to do).
If you would like to share a tribute in memory of those we've lost, share a picture or video of your candle and use #PMDRemembranceDay so we can see the lights shining around the world.
