About this event

Join IAPMD for a relaxed chat with others - this time we will be focusing on younger folks living with PMDs and this 'social' session will directly follow the panel chat about Relationships & Dating with PMDD (find details here) so you are welcome to come to either or both!

Meet other people affected by a premenstrual disorder in a relaxed and informal virtual setting.

Chat about life, love, and anything you wish - but please note that this is a social and not a support session as such. Please be mindful about sharing personal information and also being aware that others may be in different places in their cycles.

There will be members of the IAPMD team there to make sure everyone gets a friendly welcome - and everyone comes alone so don't be shy! There will be some ice breakers to help get the conversation going!

IAPMD Socials

The socials will take place every 3 weeks (hopefully making them more PMD accessible!)

We will mix the times the socials are held so that people in different time zones get an opportunity to attend

The IAPMD Social will be hosted on Kumospace - a group video chat tool which combines the fun and creativity of video games with the simplicity of video chat, transforming conversations into experiences ( a bit like Zoom!). And don't worry - there's no pressure to have your camera on.
