Ignite The Fight Against Premenstrual Disorders

Do you want to live in a world where every person who has PMDD/PME can get the correct diagnosis, support, and treatment to ensure they can thrive and live their best life? Well, so do we! And we are going to make it happen! In April 2020 we launched the ‘IGNITE THE FIGHT’ fundraiser - and we need your help!

We realize that the timing of this fundraiser comes at a challenging time with current world events, but we do hope you’ll join us to fundraise for a better future for those living with PMDD and/or PME, if you can.

Every dollar, pound, or euro raised will go to support women and AFAB individuals with premenstrual disorders through our core priorities of Care & Support, Education & Awareness, Research, and Advocacy & Public Policy. If you want to see better education for health care professionals, more research and faster progress in improving standards of care for those with PMDD - well, now is your chance to IGNITE YOUR FIGHT and make it happen! Check out the IAPMD Strategic Plan for more information about what’s to come!

It’s time for change…and you can get involved! From small fundraisers, virtual runs, donations, grants, corporate sponsorships, and more we plan to Ignite the Fight against premenstrual disorders.

Do you like running or walking? As part of the IGNITE fundraiser, IAPMD is running (no pun intended) a virtual race where anyone around the globe can get involved.

The ‘race’ can be done at your own pace, at your choice of location, as part of a team or as an individual! Race, run, walk or wheelchair/mobility device - we encourage people of all fitness levels and abilities to join in!
