Resources for PMD Awareness Month 2022
We know you are all keen to start raising awareness so we have put together a range of resources for you to start using your platform/voice to let everyone know that PMDs exists - and they are real! We strongly believe that it’s time to connect the dots between hormones and mental health - there are still so many people out there suffering alone and without answers - help us shout about PMDsthis month (and every month!) to give them answers to their questions - and to bring them into the supportive community. Share some resources on social media, share your story, go to a light-up , open up to someone - however you chose to raise awareness, we are here to support and help you!
Don’t forget to tag us in: @iapmdglobal and use the #PMDAwarenessMonth2022 hashtag- we love to see the message spreading!

PMDD in Education Handout
Are you in education and living with PMDD? Looking for something to hand to office staff/lecturers/teachers? Our Youth Advisory Board highlighted how much PMDD/PME had impacted their studies and their lives at school/college/university and how they felt it was essential that resources needed to be available - both for the students themselves and for teachers/lecturers/staff to demonstrate how they could best support their students to help them thrive.
