Provider Reviews, PMDD Awareness Month, an Army of Advocates, and More!
*|MC:SUBJECT|*
We have some exciting new announcements and couldn't wait to share!

We've heard from many in the PMDD community that our peer-recommended provider directory really needed a way for patients to review and read reviews from others before visiting a potential provider. All of us completely agreed!

Love, like, or dislike a provider in our directory? Leave your review today!

Search by location for a provider near you or add your recommendation. Your contribution to the peer-recommended provider directory is a great way to help others in need.

PMDD Awareness Month is almost here!

Every April organizations around the world work to raise awareness and advocate change for those affected by Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. Gia Allemand Foundation is working with Me v PMDD and Vicious Cycle to address the psychological and physical symptoms of this debilitating condition. The #1in20PMDD toolkit is coming soon! Sign up at giaallemand.org/pmdd-awareness-month to get involved and spread the word.
Speaking of PMDD Awareness Month, ME v PMDD is calling all warriors to help make a collaborative video project entitled 'PMDD is'.

The compilation will be released and shared during April's PMDD Awareness Month. Raise awareness and smash the stigma of PMDD by following the steps below:
  • Film a video of yourself in landscape orientation answering some or all of the following questions:
    1. What is PMDD, in your own words? - Any special way you describe it, definition or symptoms, one word/phrase to sum up PMDD, etc. (Include words "PMDD is...")
    2. What is it like for you to fight PMDD?
    3. Why do we need more awareness for PMDD?
    4. If you could go back and tell yourself one thing when you started to experience symptoms of PMDD, what would you say?
    5. Introduce yourself (if you feel comfortable) - First name, Age, Country, when you first experienced PMDD symptom
  • Send your video to us at hello@mevpmdd.com using WeTransfer by April 5, 2018 at 12 pm EST.
  • If you've already made a video about PMDD - feel free to email that straight to us so we can incorporate it.
Video not your thing or want to do even more? Join the Vicious Cycle - PMDD Awareness Army group on Facebook!

This is a group for all those who want to be pro-active in raising awareness of PMDD. No idea is too big or too small. Join the army today! fb.com/groups/VCPMDDAwarenessArmy
