Understanding and Coping with Premenstrual Anger, Irritability, & Hypersensitivity

Understanding and Coping with Premenstrual Anger, Irritability, and Hypersensitivity

Many of us are more than aware of how anger and irritability can arise and can be difficult to manage in our luteal phase - causing inner and external conflict.

This webinar will cover:

  • How Anger, Irritability, and Hypersensitivity typically show up in hormone-sensitive disorders

  • What causes Anger, Irritability, and Hypersensitivity

  • How they are related to the other symptoms of PMDD / PME

  • What treatments/skills may help patients to reduce the impact of irritability and anger in their lives

If you find that anger, irritability, and hypersensitivity affect you in your luteal/premenstrual phase then do join us to learn more about why it happens and what you can do to help yourself when it occurs.

IAPMD is an international non-profit. Our mission is to inspire hope and end suffering for those affected by premenstrual disorders through peer support, education, research, and advocacy. Founded in 2013, what began as a collective of fellow suffers has grown into a comprehensive lifeline of support, information, and resources for anyone impacted by the core premenstrual disorders: Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder and Premenstrual Exacerbation of underlying disorders. Since our founding, we’ve helped over half a million people from approximately 100 countries find answers, community, and hope. We are creating a world where people with PMDs can not only survive but thrive.

This webinar will be recorded and will be available on the IAPMD YouTube Channel once it is edited. Please subscribe to be notified when it's added. If you are unable to attend, donations are still welcomed to enable us to run more events like this in the future.
